This program is for straight strength gains. Its is built around the powerlifting trinity or squat deadlift and bench press.

After 12 weeks you would typically want to do a deload, then you could potentially run the program again with diminishing returns.

Best suited to intermediate to experienced lifers, with a decent strength base and lifting form

All programs include access to the APP. This makes your programs easy to access and follow, where you can ask questions, join in with the community and with video tutorials for the exercises.
