Before training with Aaron, I had never touched the gym and was weighing in at 150kg. 9 months later, Aaron has completely changed me and my lifestyle and now I am sitting at 110kg. Through his motivating way of training, he has helped me achieve what I thought was impossible, whilst teaching me how to maintain and continue training properly when he isn't there. It's very easy to have a laugh and a yarn, which makes the training even more enjoyable.
