This program is for men who wants to build muscle and strength. It is a fairly strict bodybuilding protocol designed for most effective muscle growth. Can be used in combination with a calorie deficit for toning/fat loss.
After 12 weeks you would typically want to do a deload, then you could potentially run the program again with diminishing returns.
Best suited to anyone - Some exercises require some lifting experience, but there is nothing complicated like olympic lifts. Regressions are included for beginners.
